The only worry was attempting to drive up the hill on a snowy road without snow tires or chains. You might want to warn prospective renters that this property is at the top of a hill. Otherwise, the property is fantastic and our experience was wonderful!

Mountain heaven a guest from Mesa, AZ recommends this vacation rental This was our second summer to stay at the "Segners cabin". The property was clean and very comfortable. The views were the best part of this location and made our stay a wonderful experience to share with our grandchildren. The only problem we had was that the window coverings are not in good working condition, however they were usable with a little adjusting. Amanda, our property management contact was very helpful and available if we had any questions. We had almost enjoyable month making special memories with our grandchildren!!!

Elevation also meant that there was great cross ventilation when the windows were open. Condo was clean and as advertised. There was everything that we needed on site. For longer stays one should know to take bar soap, shampoo, etc. but there was enough provided to start the vacation. Probably one suggestion, a new mattress in the master bedroom would be nice. All in all, it was a great location and condo certainly had enough space for 2.

The only down sides are if you are skiing, its about an from the mountain. Also, there isnt a lock box or combination lock. You must drive into Show Low to pick up the keys and return them at the end of your stay. Over all its a nice place for the price.

I felt as if the owners could have supplied cleaning supplies for the floors and furniture. Even without these things we are looking forward to renting this unit again next year.
