My only suggestion would be to make sure the sheets arent covered in dog hair when guests arrive. I know this happens in a home where dogs are allowed, but it wasnt too fun to turn down the sheets the first night and find hair all over from someone elses pet. Thanks!

We were very impressed with the many distinctive decorations and items that gave us the welcome feeling of being at home. Of course it was much cooler and the air smelled much fresher. Even our dog Buddy had a great time! Our son and his family came up for a weekend and they really liked it there too. There was plenty of room and accommodations for everyone. Would like to recommend that the owners consider a larger storage shed so that they can free up more closet space in the house. And that the management company insure that the smoke alarms have fresh batteries.

Garita cabin a guest from Clarkdale, AZ recommends this vacation rental Beautiful, modern cabin and quiet neighborhood! Nice kitchen! Even had a blender, dishwasher, and stainless steel cookware. Very comfortable beds and linens! Nice guest toiletries. Had to fix a few things when we arrived (wi-fi, a lamp, some light bulbs) but they all were simple. Pet-friendly policy! Our elderly Great Dane had trouble with the stairs and hills, but a young dog would do well. Be aware theres no fenced yard. A hairdryer and a baking dish would have made it even better. Definitely will be going back, (but without the dog).

Quiet, nice getaway with convenient location! Misty J from Surprise, AZ recommends this vacation rental This place was an easy & beautiful drive up from Phoenix, conveniently located outside Show Low-close to stores and restaurants but in a quiet community of "cabins" surrounded by pine trees. My family with 5yr old twins and two yellow labs enjoyed the comfortable house, the cooler weather and the beautiful surroundings. We had daily walks to the nearby playground/park and were able to drive to the Fools Hollow Lake/recreation park a few minutes down the road to enjoy the trails, fish on the lake, play on the playgrounds and all 4 "kids" even swam in the lake! The property management was great to work with and made it very easy to rent through email and a couple phone calls!

Be careful of the steep drive if you have children, the car door can crush you!

The sofa in the living room and the dining rm chairs were very uncomfortable. We went and bought pillows to place on the chairs and sofa so we could sit more comfortable. Also, the refrigerator freezer did not work well. The top shelf was okay but the rest would not freeze water or ice cream. The mattresses were old and hard. In spite of all of this we did have a very nice 6 weeks. I would recommend this home but I would make people aware of the furniture. For such a beautiful house I expected more. He should also spray for bugs. If any changes are made, hopefully he does not raise the price.

Snell Cottage weekend stay Valerie A from Chandler, AZ recommends this vacation rental I was a little hesitant about renting online , sight unseen through a rental company but Amanda with Tenney Properties was absolutely wonderful to work with. The cottage was beautiful. I would definitely recommend using this property management company and if I am in the area again I would ask to rent this cottage. We all really enjoyed the weekend , even the two teenage boys who are easily bored :)
