Our ski getaway Michael J from Phoenix, AZ recommends this vacation rental It was great! We would recommend including a few directions on how to get there. Our GPS couldnt find the exact address on Bison Estate so we drove around a bit before finding the house, luckily we arrived in the daylight. We thought the kitchen supplies were slightly limited. Would have liked to have a tall pot for cooking pasta and a few glass dishes for the oven. Other than these few minor things we were very happy. Thanks!

The pots and pans, coffee pot, cooking utensils all need to be replaced in my opinion. The Jacuzzi was not working for most of our visit, but the owner made generous allowances for that.The space in the house is very comfortable. The location is lovely in Pinetop. Amanda, the property manager, is very attentive and efficient.

We spent 2 hours trying to find a hotel room!. The cabin was clean, cozy and nicely decorated. We had problems with the heater system. The sent a guy to fix it.

Location was also a plus, not far from the ski resort. The gas fireplace came in real handy after a day of skiing. Danny @ R.E. was very helpful and accommodating to our needs. We will definitely stay there again and will recommend to our friends.

Couple suggestions!! Other than these couple items we love renting the cabin. Its spacious, clean & relaxing.

The back porch is spacious and backs up to trees trees trees; perfect for the adults to sit and enjoy the weather. Even in the winter, with the AZ sun, it was nice to sit outside! Inside, youll find the house is nicely stocked with all of the things you need. As for sleeping, this place is ready for the small family or the HUGE CREW. The downstairs area feels like a cozy 3br house, just right for a small family... but once you add the upstairs, suddenly you can fit the whole camp. If you have a lot of heads that need pillows, you will not be disappointed! The location is perfect, close to shopping, easy access to town and to the main roads. We had snow while there, and the roads were perfectly accessible, plowed quickly and we never got stuck. Theres a redbox for movies in walking distance, and even a few restaurants and watering holes. If you walk down Vallery Lane, theres also a trail head for a nice walk! I think youd be hard-pressed to find a better situated place to stay in the area. We would definitely recommend this place to friends, family, and anyone else.

Great New Years family skiing vacations a guest from Hermosillo, Sonora Mexico recommends this vacation rental Great experience overall...great service from Amanda (On Q) we loved the system they have to pick up the cabins key and how to get there and the returning of the key when you simple and easy! We had a great time there...love that location, weve stayed on other properties in that same area before...we used other realty office but were switching now to On Q!...the cabin was great, everything was way over our expectations...very cozy, very comfortable, well equipped and great location...we had a great time...perfect number of rooms and baths and even had a play area with a ping pong table and lots of games to entertain our kids while they were indoors! Will definitely return there and will definitely recommend it...were hoping to return by the end of this year again and probably look for close by properties for our friends to come along with us!

My only suggestion would be to make sure the sheets arent covered in dog hair when guests arrive. I know this happens in a home where dogs are allowed, but it wasnt too fun to turn down the sheets the first night and find hair all over from someone elses pet. Thanks!
